8.5’ wide x 16’ long x 7’ tall Custom Built Enclosed Mobile Kitchen

-Double 5200-lb axles with electric brakes and 15” radial tires with upgraded black wheels and electric tongue jack

-Screwless exterior in Charcoal Gray with Black trim and accents, but can be built in the color of your choosing

-White metal walls and ceiling for easy cleaning

-Black treadplate, commercial grade vinyl flooring

-36” entry door with lock

-One 3’x 6’ Concession Window with sliding glass windows, gas shocks and locks

-Custom Electrical Package with 125amp breaker box; 110-volt receptacles at all required equipment, each with a dedicated breaker;   3 foot overhead LED lights; two exterior lights; One Dome light and a 25’ Shore Line with 220v/50amp plug.

-92” Hood System with Firewall and mill finish, and a grease-approved exhaust system to cover all gas cooking equipment

-Gas system which includes LP ¾” gas lines with individual cutoffs at each piece of equipment, Dormont Flex hoses and two aluminum, lockable propane racks

-Two fold-down exterior serving counters at the windows

-A complete sink system which includes; a 3-bay sink and 1 hand sink, 4 gallon electric hot heater, 115v water pump, fresh water tank and gray water tank, City Fill flange

-Interior Shelving and counter space

-13,500 BTU A/C
