Where are you located?
We are located in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, just over an hour north of Atlanta. Our address is 232 Friendship Road Cleveland, GA 30528
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5pm. Saturday appointments are available, just give us a call! We are closed on Sunday and for most holidays.

Do you have ready-built concession trailers?
No we usually do not. All of our units are custom designed and built by us, from the ground up, to meet each of our customer's specific needs. We would love to have a conversation with you about what you want to prepare and sell. We can advise you on the best set up and then we will create a custom layout and quote for you. And we don't charge you for this!
Do you offer financing?
YES! We have several companies that we work with that offer financing and equipment leases. The deals that are offered are determined by your business history and your personal credit. You can find more information here:
Do you build Food Trucks?
YES! We are striving to be the BEST in the industry for custom built mobile kitchen trailers (as you can see from our previous projects) but we also do food truck build outs. We will require however that you start with a certain kind and quality of truck. Contact us for more information.
How much do your trailers weigh?
The weight of the finished project is going to be completely dependent on the size of the trailer and the equipment that has been added. Ours are not light-weight, poorly constructed modified cargo trailers. These are custom built units with frame designs built specifically for the desired equimpment installation. Our weights usually range from 5000 to 11,500 lbs.
Do you deliver?
We can absolutely arrange delivery for you. The cost of delivery depends on transportation costs at the time however it generally runs approximately $1.65 per mile.
How can I do business with you if you are in Georgia and I am in another state?
Well first, we would LOVE to meet you! It would be our pleasure to show you around our shop, introduce you to our team and let you walk through the units that are in the line at that time. But honestly, we actually don't usually meet our customers face to face until they come to pick up their unit.
Our process goes something like this:
When all of the details are settled, you will electronically sign paperwork that includes a sales contract. We require a deposit of $10,000 to $12,000 to begin your job. When your frame is next up in the frame shop, we will contact you for your second payment which is the bulk amount of your purchase order. A small balance is left due at the time of pick-up, along with any changes or additions that you have decided on along the way.
If you are approved for financing, the payment portion of the process would be adjusted.
When you come to pick up your new kitchen, we will complete your paperwork, which will include an MSO and Bill of Sale. And then we will walk you through the unit, going over all of the systems and equipment so that you have a comfort level as you leave with your awesome new money maker!
